May. 16th, 2007 09:01 amOkay, so for the last few years, we've been subjected to countless sequels whether or not the first was good enough (or open ended enough) to warrant a part 2.
What the hell is this? The year of the thirds? What if this turns into the sequels trend - part three of every single sequel (of which there are already far too many)? Then what? Part IV? When will it end?
Shrek 3 - how typically Mike Myers. Pirates 3 - okay, we knew that was coming since part 1, but was it necessary to plan a trilogy from the beginning? Oceans Thirteen? The next Bourne? ALL this summer. ALL. It's just too much for me.
That being said, I did see half of those previews at Spider-Man 3.
