snoweeWell, I have to say that this is interesting to me. I will take the time to write things out, but when I have to speak, I tend to abbreviate and, in abbreviating, things tend to come out not quite as true as all that.
I'm not sure we were freaking anyone out, but J almost touched my breasts so I grabbed her ass. Instead of freaking out the people who were all too straight (that part was too true!) I think it turned on this weird CreepyGuy who kept trying to get down with J... which is why I think it's weird she was worried about what Hubby would say. Her husband (my brother!) was watching from the table as CreepyGuy got on his knees and shook around right there in front of her.
Anyway, I didn't think I was drunk, really. No slurring or stumbling, but I do know I woke up this morning and thought Why didn't I leave when he started touching and grinding? And why in hell didn't I leave as soon as he touched my minky! (through skirt, but still!) I told someone that happened at the end of the song, but it was actually in the middle. He did behave a little after that - at least he didn't touch me there again.
I figure it's 90% chance I was a dare or a bet (I hope he won big $$$), but this nagging 10% says I wasn't wearing a wedding ring which makes me the kind of scum who takes them off to have affairs, doesn't it? Well, I never wear my ring and I just didn't think about it. No one ever tries to pick me up.
