a tad concerned

snoweeI know, this is my journal, not my sister's - however:
My sister was 8 1/2 months along before I mentioned that she's pregnant - seems fitting that I express my concerns now rather than 2 weeks ago when things began. Her blood pressure has been getting higher and higher. Though her due date is the 21st, the doctor decided yesterday that he's going to induce her tonight. Apparently she's not dialating at all and with the high blood pressure creating the need for the child to come out soon, this may all lead to a C-section. She's very determined to have her future children with a midwife, but that may be out.
I'm sure things will be fine, but she's checking in the hospital at 9 tonight and now I'm getting concerned. Very concerned. Ppl have babies every day, but she's got 2 things working against her that are dangerous and, well, something bad could happen. It won't, right? but it could...
