Reminiscing

I have been at my mother's house trying to collect some pictures and memorabilia to go in a shadowbox. At the top of the box is a triangular shape filled with the flag they had over my father's coffin during the funeral. I was hoping to find an old army photo which my mom remembers seeing, but which has yet to turn up.
Meanwhile, a cousin lost all her pictures in a house fire a couple years ago (before mine/infamous California fires) so others in my extended family have been trying to collect old photos of the cousin's mother, etc. Mom gave me several photos to scan from her family.
A couple are priceless, but perhaps boring to some so they are
First we have my father when he was young.

Then we have him older, family man, with an awesome sense of silliness which he passed on to us.

Now on to ancestors (on mother's side):
First, this is my grandpa when he was a tot; circa 1905

ggl, and he showed that picture proudly whenever he got the chance!
This is a four generation picture. The child is my aunt Gene. Left is my g-grandma whom I never met. Above is Grandpa. To the right is g- g- grandma

If this stuff doesn't bore you to tears, I'd actually like to occasionally post pictures. I know it's my blog; I can do whatever I want, but I can also look at the pics anytime I want on my own computer. As far as ancestor pics go, I'd like to share with the idly curious or the serious voyeurs (you know who I'm looking at with that last remark, right? :p), but only if someone's going to be looking.
