Thanksgiving time
Last week I spent so much time running around between Tuesday and Friday that I was really looking forward to hubby returning to work.
omg, I wanna die...
Instead I awoke Saturday morning feeling weak, cold, and dizzy. Within a couple of hours I had taken a dose of fever reducers and still a high fever. Took another dose before it came down. Walking to and from the kitchen exhausted me enough to need a nap. We've all been this sick at some point, right? You remember the misery so I won't detail out the next four days.
Anyway, today is the first day I'm feeling so much better that I'm actually a bit giddy.
shopping
There is a new plaza here where people don't typically shop with a store I like in it so today hubby took me there. It wasn't crowded at all, so we went in. My husband just... amused me most of the time. He insisted I buy new undies and bras. Ya gotta wonder how bad I had let mine get that he was begging me to pick some out. Well, he actually picked some out for me. Makes it on the nights you want to be special when he's picked them out himself. One of the ladies looked amused and asked if he wanted her to take "those things" from him and put them at the counter until I was done looking. Yeah, somehow in the course of things he had ended up holding all the panties and bras.
Anyway, back to life. I'm making some barbie clothes and a nightgown for the little one for christmas.
OH! And if you want a christmas card or some postcards, the comments will be screened so you can give me your address. (If I have your address, chances are you'll get these things whether you want them or not. teehee)
OH! again. I was sooo far behind in everyone's lives! I'm sorry. I read through, but didn't stop to comment for the most part (except when I saw some really cool glasses that made me wish I didn't have 20/20). Anyway, a couple of you are in my thoughts, I'm sending good vibes. You know who you are.
