snoweeI'm sorry, but I'm so tickled blue that I am going to be squee-ing here from time to time for the next few months...
I made our hotel reservations for Vegas! WHOO! No stopping it now!
What's happening is:
a) I'm escaping my family Christmas bullshit
b) I'm meeting a 'net friend for the first time.
c) I'm leaving hubby and kid behind.
T- and I talked on the phone for the first time the other day and now I'm even more thrilled because it felt so comfortable. I've only felt comfortable on the phone with one other 'net friend and all other 'net friends are no longer my friends so I think that comfort might be a touchstone as to whether or not things will work out. I hope so!
Additionally, I've been going through ALL my CDs and uploading ALL my most favourite songs onto the computer. Holy hell. I'm not yet halfway through and although I'm being picky I already have 5.8 DAYS of music. LOL (that's 2050 songs/7.65 GB) Nice thing is I'll finally have variety and, hopefully, the exact song I want when I want it at my fingers.
