Jun. 30th, 2006 12:33 pmSwiped: Doctor Who quiz. I saw that one of the possibilities was not a doctor so I thought "If I were a __ how would I answer?"
Am I the only one who thinks that, with all the assistant programs these days, it's a little sad that I still have to go through and correct spelling on these quiz things? (unless I decide to just let it annoy me)
Trip was a lot of fun. We stayed here which was a really nice hotel... I mean, I usually only require one star, but my sister and I were splitting the cost so we could afford something in the "nice, but not wealthy" range. Pool was cool which was good because it was soooo hot. (note, you can do a virtual tour on that webpage. The pool area was soo lovely!)
I went a little nuts. Bought Victoria a dream catcher and a magnet, then when we stopped in Cedar, I bought her two fairy tees and a "fairy dust" necklace. I was only gone a day!! LOL. I intended to get more gifts for friends, but I really only had time to do a little shopping and really didn't see anything fantastic anyway. {shrug} Drove around my old Cedar City haunts (where I did one year of college), but the place has changed a lot.
Then on the rest of the drive I thought How bad can Utah really be? It has a beaver! (nothing really interesting to see there) I toyed with the idea of buying the city and making a HUGE "Welcome to BEAVER" sign with a woman sitting reclined, legs open... but then I thought the rest of the state would probably lynch me.
Wish you'd been there. ;)
