webpage help!

I've made up this page for a friend of mine. Above the links in that top box there is supposed to be a banner. It works fine when I'm working on it in the window, but somewhere the img gets lost.

When you open that link, the source code shows no banner there, but when you open it to edit it, it's there in the code. Why is it taking it out on viewing only? How can I make it show up? Is it something with the style sheet I used? I've tried every variation I can think of, so if you've got any suggestions, I'll take them. Thanks.
