snoweeWebpage problem finally fixed. They fixed one half of the problem and left the other half. I emailed them about the settings/management problems and they said "Here are the settings you need." Well, duh. The problem was that I couldn't ACCESS the settings in management to change them.
I emailed back and said that the management tool wasn't giving me the link I needed and they email back saying "go into the management tool and change it" basically. Is that what I fucking said!? NO! I said that the link to change it WASN'T THERE! If it's not there, how am I supposed to simply change it!?
They were stupid, but what's funny is that the second time I emailed telling them that I couldn't get into management, my page was miraculously reset (an hour later, 5 minutes before their last email) Hmm. So in other words they're trying to make me feel stupid because they had a problem. Figures. I despise that.
Main point being my webpage is back up. Honestly, I don't know if I fucking care anymore.
edit: btw, I would prefer it if email would be sent to snowees.net again. You can send it to anything that ends in @snowees.net and it all gets filtered to me...
