snoweeWell, today kinda bites. Out of no where, got struck with a cold. Can't breathe, throat ultra-scratchy, general misery. Will rest - no big deal, just a cold.
I was here, anyway, updating the webpage for the Serious Duck awards. Winners have been announced and graphics are sending as I speak. That's good. One thing off my mind until next year anyway. I've had a lot of positive feedback and the like so I'm glad it's something people seem to be enjoying. Yay.
Also, computer problems are getting worse. We have the stuff to fix it, but here's the problem. 3.5" drive, toast. CD ROM, toast. We have replacements, but can't really do much without reformatting the harddrive. This means I have to back up all the stuff I've been putting on the hard drive because I'm out of bloody zip disks. {sigh} Yeah, I usually don't use the harddrive and I usually back up everything, but when you've got no disks to back onto and the drive that takes el-cheapo disks is gone, what do you do other than whine about it on your LJ and warn everyone that you're computer may go kablooie at any moment so responding to emails won't happen?
Hubby gets paid tomorrow. Perhaps after bills and all there will be enough for disks....
