yesterday...

There was a family reunion up in Logan and a Young Dubs concert in Park City. Put off planning both until it was really too late for me to figure it out. I think I just didn't feel like doing much.

It's happening again; where everyone thinks I have time to run their errands and do things for them so I end up with a full schedule and nothing to show for it. This happens a lot more quickly now that I'm babysitting 3 times a week, of course, but I gave up the concert because I needed a break. That's not right! Giving up a free concert when I really don't get out all that much because I need time to regroup? {grunt}

Dryer needs a new motor. It's about 1/2 the cost of a new dryer so...sucks. They said the sprinklers were fixed, but I still have a puddle on the side of my house. I'm thinking we might pump the water out, though, and see if it refills before we call them. It could, possibly, be left from before.

We got hale yesterday. It's 90 degrees one day and the next we have hale the size of marbles? Well, marbles at my place. I saw pics on the news from people at the base of the mountain holding halestones and quarters in their hands...they were that big! And the funny part is that it was a speck on the weather radar. I saw on the news where downtown it was sunny all day, not a cloud. No clouds out by Mom's, either, but those of us in the middle got dark clouds, rain, then hale.

I find myself spending far too much time planning halloween and my christmas trip. It's only september!

This is definitely an "I am bored" post...
