I am so disappointed with numb3rs this season. The plots don't seem as original to me and it seems like the math is taking a back seat. Not as interesting. ( numb3rs character spoilers )

In other news, I really like Criminal Minds. Tried Close To Home. Wow, I thought that really sucked.

Nasty cold coming on. AH. Still having intense neck pain (for last 5 days). AH. I want to go back to bed...

My new internet connection is slower than cold tar. I hate everything.

A story of hope...

Hubby didn't get fired, though the HR power-hungry bitch, I mean representative wanted to.

Now, those of you who have worked hard or know much about the working world will find this next part amazing... and it's the hope part.

He went in there with his immediate supervisor. Told his side of things and the HR person shut him down. Now, you know a managers and supervisors will often say they are behind you, but when push comes to shove, they won't risk their job for you and you're left drying in the wind.

Well, C, his boss, went off, on the HR person. Said "This is how I see it" and I don't know details, but he said he ripped into her good (and remember, HR person does have authority over C as well)

And all is well. Plus hubby knows C really will defend him! Kind of gives hope to employees everywhere.

Bed early. sleep off this cold. nyquil my friend...
