Taxes

Well, it looks like we won't owe money as I originally thought. [Yay] Our combined federal and state refunds will be a whopping $200. [Big woo] I would say it's $200 we wouldn't have otherwise, but when you consider we live in the lower-lower middle income class and have the luxury of paying well over $1,000 a year to live in this lovely country, I think the least they can do is gimme back 200 buckaroos. Fucking taxes. Perhaps if military personnel didn't get paid more than most people I know and perhaps if I didn't know the cost of bombs I might not be so damned pissy about it, but we won't approach that road.

This, however, is something I cannot complain about. Got my shareholder's check last night. WOOFUCKINHOO!!! The number of strippers I could buy with this check would last me a year. {nefarious grin} Sadly it's the last check. The company is dissolved, pappy retired, and if I am thinking about being an adult and investing it. {GASP!}

I must must must must must make it to the post office tomorrow. Last two weeks have been a total bitch for getting anything extra done. Apologies to those who are waiting...

My webpage still isn't up. The problem has been identified and it appears the people I bought my domain from spent a whopping 30 seconds to give a damn about my problem and have now gone back to ignoring me. Someone will die. I think his name is Mark...
