a question of morality

So, I was watching Will & Grace a couple weeks ago and Grace wore this tee that had a cute kitty on the front and said "Miss Kitty's Pussycat Lounge" and I thought it was awesome. I even toyed with the idea of making my own.

Then helvissa did a photo shoot in this shirt with cute kitty on the front. YAY. She kindly told me that the merchandise is found here.

And here's the point. I was kind of thinking of drawing my own kitty (or getting artistically inclined help of hubby, sister, niece, sis-in-law) and make my own shirts in the same style. If it's my art or their art, but the whole idea is pretty much theived, is that wrong?

Yeah, maybe I shouldn't care because I'll probably do it anyway...
