finally fixed!
Okay, my email seems to be fixed. weird. When the person finally got back to me, he made me explain the problem again. I did and he said to change this one number because it could be my ISP. I don't know how this number relates so I'm going to have to figure it out because if my server changed something on us and didn't notify me, I'll be flaming pissed at them instead.
I did find a server with 50 MB for $1. I'm tempted.
