Been ick. Am rather refreshed now, though.
My hubby sent me to a hotel for mom's day... complete 2 room suite with jacuzzi. It was great; very relaxing.
I left my laptop and all behind. Besides needing to get away from it all, I realized I just needed to be away from this whole life for a bit, including the label I'm trying (reluctantly) to give myself of 'writer'. Worked nicely, though I got a brainstorm. Another damned book rewrite? {thud} I am starting to believe It will just keep morphing and never be read by the public at large. EGAD.
Is good, though. Better, I hope.
Incidentally:
I've been pain free from the accident for 2 weeks or so. I miss my kitty terribly, but my other kitties are acting less depressed and more cuddly which is, oddly, helping me.
