This may not be as funny as it seems in my tired brain, but...
There is this girl at hubby's work who is kind of dumb and often asks what words mean - words like inadequacy! There is a second girl he has also talked about being kind of dumb. The other night he related this tale to me over dinner.
Girl 1: What does iniquity mean?
Girl 2: I don't know what it means, but I can use it correctly in a sentence.
Hubby: How do you know you're using it correctly if you don't know what it means?
Me: (imitating stupid girl and interrupting his story) Because it's always preceded by the words 'den of...'?
